Ingredients:
2 eggs
50g margarine
1 & half cup of sugar
1 cup of corn flour
1 & half cup of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder (ferment)
1 cup of milk
Pieces (strips) of guava
Preparation
Mix the butter and sugar well. Then add the egg and beat. Then put the flour, corn flour and milk and beat until it becomes a smooth dough. Finally add the yeast (ferment).
Place in a greased and pre-order over the place guava strips on top. The thinner, the less they will sink to the bottom of the pan.
Bake.
